Dronex Tradeshow and conference

DroneX 2022 was an event to remember! Skyfarer Ltd were lucky enough to be on two stands this year.

The Medical Logistics Stand:

This stand was a collaboration of 4 industry-leading partners that have united their experience and expertise to provide an end-to-end solution for Medical Drone Delivery.

These partners included:

Skyfarer Ltd - Operations

Gadfin - UAV Manufacturing

Medical Logistics UK - Medical Delivery experts

Altitude Angel - UTM allowing BVLOS flight

The Phoenix Wings Stand:

Skyfarer were also lucky enough to join our partners #PhoenixWings on their stand and watch them release the brand new ‘Orca’ drone as it made its debut at the event.

Later on in the event, the Phoenix Wings team were awarded the Innovation Award winners for DroneX 2022!

It was fantastic to talk to so many industry enthusiasts and be surrounded by like-minded innovators. This event really put into perspective how large the UAV industry will be in the years to come.

Thank you to each one of our partners for coming along and being united in person.

Congratulations to the event organisers and to #ARPAS for bringing us all together under one roof.

We are looking forward to see what DroneX 2023 brings!

coventry university

The team spent a couple of days at the University of Coventry Engineering Building this month, to talk to students and professors about how they can be involved in the future of the drone industry.

This was a full-circle moment for a few members of our team who originally studied in this building.

Skyfarer have open opportunities for graduates to come on board the team for a variety of roles, for any interest or queries please contact georgia@skyfarer.co.uk

Rugby st cross workshops

The Skyfarer team spent 2 days with the staff and patients at the Rugby St Cross NHS Trust to talk about our upcoming trials and to discuss public perception.

The questions, queries and excitement from the staff was absolutely invaluable and we can not wait to work closely with them all in the months to come.

A big thank you to the UHCW NHS Trust for making these workshops possible.

You can fill out our public perception form here
